Job Overview:
We are looking for Law Students to assist with client visits to facilitate the completion of essential legal documents. This role is vital in helping solicitors obtain written instructions from clients, ensuring that the legal process continues smoothly. Along with completing paperwork, you may be required to gather evidence such as client statements, photographs of injuries, or accident details.
This is an ongoing opportunity, not a one-time job, with the potential to receive up to 10-20 instructions per month. Each instruction pays a different amount based on the nature of the task.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits to clients and assist with completing important legal paperwork. Obtain written instructions from clients, ensuring all documents are correctly completed for their solicitor. Provide clear in-person explanations of legal paperwork and offer "oral advice" as needed. Gather relevant evidence, such as client statements or photographs, to support the legal claim. Liaise with solicitors to ensure successful completion of documentation, ensuring they are able to be paid for their services. Why This Role is Important: Solicitors often cannot visit clients due to distance or scheduling conflicts. Your role ensures that clients can receive face-to-face explanations of complex legal documents, improving their understanding and ensuring the legal process moves forward efficiently.

Skills and Requirements:
- Must be a Law Student currently enrolled in university.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork and gathering evidence.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes.
- Professional and approachable demeanour.
- Previous legal experience is a bonus but not required.
