We are looking for a Business Development & Social Media Manager to drive partnerships with businesses and manage our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in engaging with companies, and skilled in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and contact businesses that could benefit from hiring students through Star Student.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, including small businesses, corporate companies, and event organizers.
Pitch collaboration opportunities via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
Work with the team to develop tailored partnership proposals.
Track outreach and follow up with potential clients.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Respond to inquiries and interact with businesses and students on social media.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work with the team to create marketing materials that showcase the benefits of Star Student for businesses and students.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (preferred).
Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
Confidence in speaking with businesses and presenting partnership opportunities.
Passion for supporting students and connecting them with valuable work opportunities.
